Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of sales growth presented are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future clients will achieve the same or similar results.
- Condition of Implementation The client acknowledges that the success of the consulting services and training provided is strictly contingent upon the Client’s consistent, long-term, and accurate implementation of the strategies taught. Facet Growth Studio provides the tools, sales scripts, and training, but the execution is solely the responsibility of the Client and their staff. The Consultant assumes no responsibility for a lack of results stemming from the Client’s failure to implement, practice, or maintain the strategies after the consultancy period has concluded.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facet Growth Studio and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the consulting services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Decrease in Sales: The Consultant is not liable for any stagnation or decrease in sales volume, revenue, or profit margins that may occur during or after the consulting period.
- Business Interruption: The Consultant is not liable for any disruption to business operations.
- Data Loss: The Consultant is not liable for any loss of data or goodwill.
- Market Conditions and External Factors The Client acknowledges that the jewelry industry is subject to market fluctuations, economic conditions, consumer spending habits, and changes in the price of precious metals and gemstones. Facet Growth Studio is not responsible for sales performance affected by these external market forces or broader economic downturns.
- No Professional Financial or Legal Advice The information, training, and advice provided by Facet Growth Studio are for educational and sales-coaching purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. The Client should consult with their own professional advisors regarding the legal and financial implications of their business decisions.
- Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Facet Growth Studio from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Client’s business operations, sales practices, or the implementation of the Consultant’s advice.
