The 10-Day Sales & Performance Transformation does not require a prior assessment, as the first phase of the engagement includes a full diagnostic.

Why is the 3-Day Assessment required before the 5-Day Intensive?

  • A built-in assessment phase
  • On-the-floor training and coaching
  • Process and behavior reinforcement

This option is best for owners who want decisive action without multiple engagements.


Is this consulting or training?

It’s both, with execution.

Unlike traditional consulting, this work happens inside your store, with your staff, during real selling hours.

Unlike one-off training, it includes observation, correction, and reinforcement to ensure behaviors actually change.


How quickly will I see results?
